We start with what a person needs to do: find a service, choose a product, place an order or complete a task. That determines navigation and the content of each screen.

Layouts need realistic content. We account for longer names, image proportions, languages and empty states so the design works beyond an ideal example.

Text sizes, controls, forms and navigation need to suit smaller screens. Error messages, selected states and keyboard focus are also part of the interface.

We make repeated elements consistent: buttons, cards, fields and spacing. Those components make it easier to extend the product without introducing a different style on every page.
