Custom web and desktop software

We begin with who will use the system and what they need to do. That defines the data, actions and permissions. The result might be order management, customer self-service or an internal team tool.

A browser-based system suits access from several devices. A desktop application can be appropriate when the work depends on local files, equipment or a particular computer environment.

We use Laravel for server logic, portals and APIs. Integrations start with the available documentation and data formats, including authentication, error handling and synchronisation frequency.

If another application already handles part of the workflow, we assess whether it can be connected before rebuilding the same function. Data migration and validation are scoped separately.
